At Runvell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Returns

•     You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

•     Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

•     To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@runvell.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

•     Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

•     Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

•     Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

•     If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when contacting our support team.

•     Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-returnable items

•     Certain products such as sale items, gift cards, and personal care products cannot be returned.
